Tired!
I've yet got a good rest since like last week.
Saturday I went to Ahmad's place in the afternoon and stayed till 10-ish before I rushed home. Took shower and at 1130pm sharp Abg Hary came. It was a fun road trip for me, Jana, Sue and Abg Hary. We drove all the way and till Seremban I realized that I forgot my beautiful blue-pink dress. I freaked out! I started smsing everyone I know. That's shitty!
We reached AC's place at 4am. He greeted us with great hospitality. Everyone went to bed but not me! I was still thinking of my dress... Gosh! All d work makes me gained short memory. D=Finally, PM came to my rescue!!!! Janz send over the dress to him at airport and he took it with him to KL. So to PM, thank you very much for being my life saviour!
So the fantastic four drove to our hotel @Bukit Bintang after brunch at AC's place. Took a short nap before proceeding to Impiana Hotel. Since my hairstylist is in town, I got him to do my hair plus the artistes; Dafi, The Lima and Ryzal. To be honest, Idde did a very great job with regards to my make-up!

My week so far!
On Monday, I decided to take the crew out to the movies and yes the movie is none other than Duyung! I didnt make reservations as I assumed it's Monday the hall will be pretty empty. But to my surprised it's already 3/4 full and we got ourselves the 3rd row from the front. How about that? Watching your own movie with that view. I heard laughters from the crowd and positive comments from them. I smiled.
Tuesday the virus hit me! I had the worst headaches in the entire 26 years of life. I didnt manage to sleep the night before (and I blamed it on coffee) but it wasn't. Took some painkiller and tried to sleep after lunch. Within 30minutes I woke up again. I can't sleep thinking of all the unfinished work. After completing that, I rushed to shop and packed the stuffs to do bedroom deco for my close friend, Ahmad Fidayat. Ahmad and I were in the same poly, same course and same class. He's the 3rd of my classmates that got married. Wak Dol broke the record first. So I can imagine the kecohness later! hahaha.
On Wednesday, I thought I was much better but I was just lying to myself. Wanted to go Demsey with Syam and sis but the weather doesnt permit. So we found ourselves in a quiet MacDs at Queenstown. The place is so tranquil. Nice place for a date or just to study. Maybe my birthday party can be held there. LOL.

Then on Thursday, Jana and myself attended the Grand opening of Cathay DownTown East. Dope! There's ferrieswheel within the building. Despite not having all the tenants ups, but I can forsee this is gonna so be like the next in building!! So NY!
And can you believe that I am still sick?! Sore throat and headaches still buggs me. Yikess!
Speaking of NY, my dearest Kak Ipa turns 31 today and she's happy in NY. We get to see her like once a year and that's during Raya. Kinda miss her. And also my handsomest brother turns 30. Happy Birthday Zain! Gosh... time reali flies! The first time I met him and his gang (Ruffedge) was like when he's 26... ish ish... Da tua... Cepat kawin! hahaha.
Now, Im gonna get ready for the wedding. I will be leaving for KL tonight. Gonna crash into someone's place before checking in tomorrow ;)
APM is just tomorrow!! I cant wait for that. I cant wait to see TB perform and especially Faizal Tahir!! He's back finally! I'm sure it's gonna be a blast. Will update you later.

My April schedule
I had a great weekend. It started with a great Friday.
Friday evening me, sis and friends decided to go over to B-one at Marriott Hotel to cheer on Syasya at the FHM Girl Next Door Party. Congrats to her that she emerged top 3 Most Fav. By Definition came on but we decided to move to AlMajlis for supper and some grape + strawberries. I mean they are very good local band; vocally and musically. But I wasn't in the mood to hear loud stuffs. Maybe age is catching up. But chilling out with friends over supper is dope.
Saturday was just spending time over at my boutique; planning the upcoming wedding.
As for Sunday, Dad, Janz and I decided to go over to China Square flea market. Honestly it was my very 1st visit and I'm so in love with the place! Friends who knew me, knows that I loves figurines, cars and posters. Basically this up style flea market (in a mall and air conditioned) was just way cool! I got my stuffs finally. Yeah I was there to get my comics; Marvel comics and Japanese Anime. It's for my upcoming projects and I need some research. As for now, it's top secret. LOL.
I just checked my schedule. I just smiled.
Last 2 weekend was the Duyung promo. Last week was to prepare stuffs for wedding. This week will be divided into preparation for the wedding, invitation to Cathay DownTown East grand opening, the wedding and APM. And next week will be another wedding before I fly off to Jakarta on Friday.
I am trying to see where I can slot "the man" into my schedule. Thank God the man has yet appeared but if he does, I will have to make time for him;) It's April and 8 months before the annually BBQ with family. So the man has to appear b4 that. lol.

Dancing under the rain
It was such a heavy downpour yesterday. And I suddenly came up with a crazy idea; to go without a brolly! Yes, I did just tat! Somehow rather it makes me feel so good! It's crazy I know but I like doing crazy lil things at times.
While I was doing all that, I got drenched. Shivered in cold but yet I managed to put a smile on my face. I've always enjoyed doing simple tings in life.
Wouldn't it be fun to be just dancing under the pouring rain with your loved one?

Retail Therapy
Finally yesterday I went shopping! It's like I've not shopped for quite some time. Duyung promo has been taking up a lot of my focus and time. Im not complaining, in fact Im loving every minute and second of work. Like what Yusry had said, "I love my job too much". Same goes for me. I'm a workaholic too, so with their influences it doubles!
So since me and my assistant had a meeting with Mr Massimo Aquaro of Thumper, I took the opportunity to hunt for the watch that I saw in Simply Hers. I was browsing through the magazine while Maya had her photo-shoot with Fik, and this particular watch just caught me eye. Thus, I went hunting and finally got it at Wisma Atria. It's lovely except mine is in black.
A reward for myself; for being hardworking, for being obedient and for loving my work.
Please tell me it's nice ;)
What am I doing at Thumper? We have another event coming up in May. Wait till I finalize the details. I've got a few events to attend this weekend. Will update soon.

A great Promo!!
I can't upload the pixs yet as I'm waiting for my graphic design team to upload and edit it but no worries it will be up pretty soon. Gorgeous pixs I tell ya!
The promo went smooth; almost perfect! But I rather stay humble and say that there's always room for improvement. Having Maya Karin and Abg Yus around for the weekend is perfect. To complete the equation, we had Taufik Batisah for photo-shoot later that evening. Very kecoh and happening!
Let me thank people that played a huge role to make this event a huge success:

Duyung, Duyung and more Duyung!
I just got the collection of sales for the release date i.e yesterday dated 3rd April 2008.
I went wobbling and a tear of joy lingered at the corner of my eye when I got hold of the collections. I can't believe the figures yesterday.
It was just great!!!!
The fact that it is only being screened at 2 cinemas at the moment; Cathay Causeway Point and Eng Wah Sun Plaza. Cathay Downtown East will be out next week due to some technical glitches and landlord probs. But it was all good!
In fact it was even higher than Cicakman's 1st day collection!

It's 2mrw!!
The past few days, I've not been eating well. I began to lose my sleep and also the anxiety level increases as date drew nearer. And now, the release date is just less than 24hours away.
Being a very meticulous person, I kept referring to my checkbook to ensure that I've done all the stuffs that's needed to be done.
The radio ads were out yesterday, the BH ads will be out tomorrow and then the hype has been created via emails to all the fans, friends etc. I hope it will be a smooth event. I've also got props and a sexy Duyung mascot over at Cathay premises. There will be Shahril Anugerah Skrin winner who'll host the event on Saturday and on Sunday, it will be Hafeez Glamour! Wow!
I just cant wait!!!
So to you, if you have no plans this weekend, head down to the following venues to get up-close and personal with the gorgeous Maya Karin and the forever handsome Yusry (ya ya he's my boss! so duh!) plus the others mentioned above.
